FFFAP - Fracture Liaison Service Database - Support and Advice Help Desk

The FLS-DB project team has designed this audit to allow FLSs to demonstrate that their service meets national standards of best practice and works for the patients they are commissioned to manage.
The data you upload will be analysed by the FLS-DB and used to run charts to enable you to look at the live performance of your service. You can also use this information to help you supply data / key performance indicators to your CCG/ Health Board as well as other stakeholders.
The FLS-DB lead practitioner is responsible for the quality of the data submitted to the FLS-DB from their site. To ensure the quality of the data we ask lead practitioners to: make monthly accuracy checks to ensure the data on the FLS-DB matches the patient records – this should be done on a small sample of randomly selected cases.
